Drishti (Aspects) in Lal Kitab — A Different View Than Vedic
Lal Kitab's aspect (Drishti) system follows a 7-house default with planet-specific extensions, but with unique twist — aspects can be friendly or hostile based on Dharmi/Adharmi status.
Standard Drishti rules
- Every planet aspects the 7th house from its position.
- Mars: also 4th and 8th house.
- Jupiter: also 5th and 9th house.
- Saturn: also 3rd and 10th house.
- Rahu/Ketu: 5th, 7th, 9th in some interpretations.
Friendly vs hostile aspect
- A Dharmi (rule-following) planet's aspect is supportive even on enemies.
- An Adharmi (rule-breaking) planet's aspect is harmful even on friends.
- Track each planet's Dharmi status before reading its drishti.
Reading aspect strength
- Direct aspect from a friend = strong support.
- Aspect from an enemy = direct affliction.
- Mutual aspect = exchange of energies.
